Why am I not receiving notification or updates about a Buzz?

Are you following the Buzz?

To receive notifications about a Buzz (eg when someone posts a comment or makes a change), you must ‘Follow’ it.

Are your notifications turned on?

Make sure you have turned notifications on. If you’re using the Buzzy app, you can receive alerts directly on your device (you’ll need to allow Buzzy to use your device’s notifications). To receive notifications as an email , open your Profile and Settings page (in the navigation menu). You can opt to send alerts to either your primary email address (the one you signed in to Buzzy with) or choose to send alerts to one or more other email addresses.
